Manuscript Format

The preferred format for manuscript submission is MS Word. All illustrations (tables, figures, and images) must be inserted within the manuscript at appropriate positions where they should appear in the published article.

Preparation of Manuscript

The language of the manuscript must be English. Each manuscript should be typed single-spaced on A4 (8.5″ × 11″) paper size with 1-inch margins on all sides. Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

Title Page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods / Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (if any), and References.

Title Page

The title page should contain the title of the paper in bold face, title case (font size 14), followed by the names of the authors in normal face, upper case (font size 12) and their affiliations in lower case. The corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk (*).

The title should be concise and clearly indicate the nature of the research. Author names should appear as initials followed by surnames. At the bottom left corner of the title page, mention “*Address for Correspondence” and provide a valid and functional e-mail address. If the correspondence address differs from the author affiliation, it should be clearly stated.

Abstract

The abstract should begin on a new page after the title page and be typed in single spacing. It should briefly summarize the objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the study. Abstracts should be 150–250 words, as they are primarily used for indexing and database searches.

Keywords

Provide four to six relevant keywords immediately after the abstract.

Introduction

The introduction should present a concise background of the research problem, include a brief review of relevant literature, and clearly state the objectives of the study.

Materials and Methods / Methodology

This section should describe the materials used, study area or site (if applicable), year of experimentation, and methods adopted for data collection and analysis in a clear and reproducible manner.

Results and Discussion

This section should focus on the fulfillment of the stated objectives. Results should be clearly presented using tables, figures, and photographs where appropriate, followed by logical interpretation and discussion.

References

References should be numbered consecutively in the order of their first appearance in the text (not alphabetically). References cited in the text, tables, and figure legends should be indicated using Arabic numerals in superscript.

Short Communications report preliminary or significant findings that do not justify a full-length article. These manuscripts should not exceed 10 pages and should not contain separate subheadings such as Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Discussion. A maximum of 3–4 illustrations is recommended.

Review Articles

Review articles should be 15–30 pages in length and provide a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the literature. They should preferably be written by authors with demonstrated expertise in the subject area. Formatting requirements are the same as those for full research articles.
